Dedication, perseverance and love for the land for three generations

Masseria Bagotto farm, owned by Eng. Raffaele Bonanno, takes its name from the homonymous district where it is located and has its roots in a solid family tradition that has been passed down since 1932. The company's history begins with grandfather Raffaele Bonanno, continuing with father Pietro, who cultivated and cared for the land with passion and dedication.

In 2018, Raffaele Bonanno, who returned from London where he worked as a telecommunications engineer in an international setting, decided to dedicate himself full-time to the family farm, bringing with him cultural background and managerial skills acquired during his experience abroad.

Driven by a deep passion for the land and its fruits, the company today continues to cultivate its fields with the same care and dedication, keeping traditional agronomic techniques alive while integrating them with the most sustainable innovations. The goal remains unchanged: to offer genuine products, grown in full respect for the environment and nature, ensuring quality, sustainability and freshness at every stage of production.

Through our daily commitment, we are proud to bring to consumers' tables products that reflect our passion for the land, authenticity and care for every detail, keeping alive a tradition that constantly renews itself with the challenges of the future.

Sustainable agriculture, authentic values

We believe in ethical and sustainable agriculture, which has its roots in respect for natural and human resources. Every product we grow is the result of careful and meticulous work, free from artificial forcing, aimed at minimizing environmental impact and preserving the value of direct contact with the land. Our responsibility towards the environment and our planet is the foundation on which we build every activity, together with our commitment to socially responsible management.

Our employees and collaborators are at the center of our vision: through fair and respectful workforce management, we guarantee well-being, health, hygiene, comfort and safety at work. We believe that a healthy and motivated workforce is essential to achieve quality and sustainability goals.

For this reason, we practice conservative and regenerative agriculture, with low environmental impact, constantly committing ourselves to regenerating soil fertility and improving the entire agricultural ecosystem. Every decision we make is aimed at promoting a work environment that is adequate, stimulating and rewarding for those who are part of our company.

Our daily commitment is to offer our customers an authentic and transparent experience, bringing them closer to the world of agriculture and to the genuine and uncontaminated flavors of our land. The quality we offer comes from the respect, ethics and passion we put into every phase of production.
