BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION:
– Removal and disposal of an asbestos roof and construction of a new roof for a company warehouse for agricultural use
– Uprooting of an unproductive citrus grove with conversion of the land to arable land
– Purchase of seedlings and creation of a new olive grove with introduction of a new cultivar
– Purchase of a tractor and various equipment including a mechanical weighbridge including the construction of the concrete tank
– Creation of a website for promotional activities and e-commerce of company products.

PURPOSE AND RESULTS OF THE OPERATION:
Improve environmental safety and eliminate harmful materials with the result of greater healthiness of the company area and storage environments, compliance with safety regulations and enhancement of real estate assets – Optimize land use, replacing low-productive crops with new agronomic opportunities and diversify agricultural production with the result of greater company profitability – Modernize the company's machinery fleet to improve operational efficiency and precision in agricultural operations, achieving greater productivity, reduction of management costs, improvement of work quality, optimization of company logistics and workplace safety – Expand the sales market, making company products accessible to a wider audience with the aim of increasing direct sales and giving greater visibility to the company through the use of digital services.
